Cats pick up 19th commitment from receiver

According to a story in Tuesday’s Press-Register in Mobile, Ala., Davidson High School’s Rashad Cunningham, a 6-foot-4, 200-pound wide receiver, has committed to play for the Cats.

According to Rivals.com, Cunningham is a three-star recruit who can run a 4.4 40-yard dash.

UK wide receivers coach Tee Martin, a native of Mobile, Ala., recruited Cunningham, who chose UK over Mississippi State and Arkansas among others.

Cunningham is the third receiver to commit to UK, joining Justin Bean and Antonio Cannon, and the 19th commitment overall for UK’s class of 2011.
